About Us

We're dedicated to caring for your home, as if it were our own, since 1983.

America's Home Caretakers (AHC) was established in 1983 to provide caretaking and property management services to owners of single-family homes and condominiums. Since then AHC has managed over 1000 properties in the Puget Sound area, including properties owned by more than 40 different financial institutions. We take pride in being large enough to provide the services you need, but small enough to provide individual care to each property we manage.

We are committed to excellence — and pride ourselves on exceeding your expectations. We will serve you with honesty and integrity. We set out to make each and every client into lifetime partners in business. Our hands-on management allows us to craft a management plan to suit your needs.

Mary Lund | Managing Broker & Property Manager

Mary Lund joined AHC in 1998. She contributed eight years experience specializing in managing single-family homes and individual condo units. After attending WWU, she taught preschool on the eastside for nine years. As an original member of Eastside Property Managers Association (EPMA), Mary participated in developing a professional curriculum for the state required clock hour classes pertaining to property management.

Sue Morgan | Property Manager

Sue Morgan joined AHC in 2004. She has 12 years experience as an on-site manager at various apartment complexes in the greater Puget Sound area. During those years, she supervised the "rehab" of several large complexes. She has been certified with the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) since 1984. She recently returned to our area after a 10 year sabbatical where she owned and operated a lavender farm and catalog business created on Whidbey Island.

Stacey Lund | Property Manager

Stacey Lund joined AHC in 2005. After earning her BA degree in marketing from WSU in 1994, Stacey gained over 10 years experience in the customer service field. Past employment has included recruiting new members for the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce, customer service manager for a local telecommunications company and project assistant for a local engineering firm. Stacey joined AHC after some time off to raise her two children.
