Welcome to the Tenant Page. If you are looking for a single-family home or condo, this page will explain the criteria that we use to screen our tenants. Please note that the following are general criteria only. For more specific criteria on a given property, please contact AHC directly.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

·        A current picture ID is required.

·        Each adult applicant must complete and sign a separate AHC application unless they are a married couple sharing the same last name.

·        All applications will be screened by a professional tenant screening company at the applicant’s expense.  Screening fees are: $30 each for single adults, $35 for a married couple sharing the same last name, an additional $10 for an international screening.Click for a printable application form
