Rental | Process
Steps to renting from America's Home Caretakers:
- View the rental unit.
- Completely fill out the Rental Application and return it with the $30/$35 processing fee.
- When approved, make an appointment to sign the lease and pay the security deposit along with any other applicable fees.
- Bring your state or government issued photo identification and checkbook to the appointment.
- The lease must be signed and the security deposit and first month’s rent paid before moving in to a rental unit.
- Rent is due to the resident manager or the office by 5:00 pm on or before the first of every month or it is considered late.
